Why?

Why?
Many questions arise that cannot or will not be answered
But I have no where else to turn
Answers must be found
Understanding must be mine
As I get lost in the moment, I feel that answers may not be necessary
For what percent of life must be logical?
Genuinity should count for something
But I see only hypocrisy advancing
I see lies and deception, foolishness and mindless beings
All speaking such wise words of vanity
Loss and hurt make unquestioning people question
My questions are those of will and desire versus your promises of love and commitment
Could I be molded and shaped into something I think is of worth?
But then what is the definition of worth?
Popularity and pride?
I know that not all will be revealed yet
But I hope soon some questions will be answered, as others have through time
Trust is the key
I may be blind, but I am not the one guiding
I may be lame, but I am not the one leading
I may be mute, but I am not the one speaking
I am not the one
Only climbing into my father's arms will suffice
He will lead me
He will not let me down
I will follow him
I will not give up hope
